Alyssa is passionate about connecting people and opportunities. After several years of serving undergraduate and graduate MIT and Harvard students through career counseling, the leap to talent acquisition was a natural next step. From hiring for large companies like McKinsey to building out start-ups preparing for an IPO, Alyssa has helped identify and place top strategy and data talent into a variety of exciting and impactful roles. She founded AP Talent Partners because matching a person with the perfect role is extremely energizing and rewarding work.
Alyssa majored in English at Colby College and earned her Master’s in Education from Harvard University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Maine coast with her husband and three children.

Becca loves to help organizations execute their immediate and long-term strategic needs through talent matchmaking. After working as a securities attorney focused on capital markets and corporate governance for over a decade, Becca joined the leadership team of a Maine-based law firm to spearhead the attorney recruiting and retention efforts. Her background, both at a large international law firm and at two global public companies, informed Becca’s strategic approach to identifying, assessing and attracting the best candidates. Becca sincerely enjoys building relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of an organization’s needs and finding candidates to best execute those needs.
Becca graduated from Barnard College and earned her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center. Outside of work, Becca is active in the community and currently serves as a Director and as Treasurer for the Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine. Becca spends her free time with her husband, three children and dog exploring the woods and waters of Maine.
